SOFT SKILLS TRAINING
This training is specially focused on youth volunteers and members of national and international European organisations working in no matter which area looking to develop their professional competences to improve their skills and knowledge. The development of all soft-skills that could maximize the effectiveness of our work and activities is becoming more and more demanded in the professional and business sector we all have to enter.
The ability to coordinate a project, to manage a meeting, to do a presentation, to lead a team or to solve a dispute among co-workers is even more important that all your specialised knowledge in one single field. This online course explains and teach the basics of all soft-skills that anyone should have in order to achieve more easily the goals of their organizations.
