- Why this project?
Youth Europeans are actively involved in many organisations, both national and international, working towards common goals of interculturality, exchange of ideas and common projects. This project pretends to support them by providing high quality courses on skills and management, so they can improve their professional competences. The project has the support and sponsorship of the Council of Europe and the European Youth Foundation and it is run by 8 organisations in several European countries.
- What is an online training?
It is a course delivered through the internet using a virtual classroom (website) specially created. You will find there all the training materials and other tools to communicate with the training coordinator and fellow students. The only thing you need is a computer and internet access.

How do the online self-study courses work?
Exactly as a normal course. Once you have subscribed you will gain access to all the training material on our online platform from where you can download it to your computer. You can study the material at your own pace depending on your timetables and send your questions or doubts via email or using the forums to our teachers.

How do I get a diploma?
Together with all the material, you will find an exam. At any time you wish, after having completed the course, you can do the exam and send it to us. After correction,we will send you the certificate of completion. The diploma is awarded by several educational european organisations that are partners for this project and with the support of the Council of Europe and the European Youth Foundation.

What is the deadline to finish the training and send the exam?
It depends on the course. For the self-study courses there is no deadline, it all depends on you. You can adjust your learning period according to your needs and obligations. Whenever you finish, you send the exam to us. Other trainings that may follow will have a clearly indicated deadline on the registration page. -
How can I subscribe to the courses?
Very easy. Just follow the instructions at the end of each course page.

Is it possible to ask questions and resolve doubts?
Anytime!. The only thing you have to do is to leave a message in our forums inside the platform with your question and we will answer you asap. -
How do I gain access to the training material after subscribing?
Once you register you will be redirected to our online platform where you can choose an username and a password that will grant you access to the material, forums and other tools.
